Ashwood Construction, Inc. scheduling and phasing of a project begins with a critical review of recent, similar projects. The Ashwood estimating office conducts outreach to subcontractors and collaborators for input. Review of scope and critical path timelines inform schedule data.
Once collected, and with relevant historical information gathered, our estimating office utilizes Microsoft Project to create a formal baseline schedule. Once scrutinized and adjusted by the Ashwood project team, the finalized document is then presented, normally in bid solicitation, for review and approval of the ownership.
Over the last ten years, Ashwood Construction, Inc. has or is constructing over 60 multi-family apartment projects across California.
Ashwood Construction, Inc. has vast experience building new construction multi-family apartments in both the affordable and market-rate arenas.
Our new construction projects range in size from one-, two- and three-story dwellings. We’ve ranged numbers of units from as few as 8 to more than 400.
We have significant experience with tenant relocation and unoccupied rehabilitation. We’re well versed in liaising with management, tenants, and relocation personnel to minimize tenant disruption, stay on schedule, and provide a top-quality product to ownership.
We also have development experience and a full understanding of the critical nature of tax credit delivery and the true value of time.
